Pleas explain how to use this. i would love to lose some weight, and i know i should walk, but any info on this apple cider vinger diet, so please explain!! And how fast does it works?? if u dont' have nothing nice to say, don't respond

Answers:
acv is your problem solver. add acv to any fruit drink and it will enhance the flavor of the fruit, the acv will be tasteless when added ( approx half a shot glass to approx 8 oz of fruit juice, your choice.) acv will burn off fat however you must be hooked on it at least 2-3 times every day of every week.etc..acv will clean every artery and organ in your body ..sicknesses will vanish from your body because you are not clogging up your system if you keep it clean w/acv !! ,lots of info on this subject.acv.com

its supposed to melt away fat. buy some BRAGG Apple Cider Vinegar - make sure it says "With The Mother" on the label. Dilute a teaspoon of the vinegar in 8 oz of water. Add some honey if you find it too sour and drink 3 to 4 times a day.

Its not a quick fix though. You have to make sure you eat right and healthy and get enough exercise. It's another fad - was around in the late 50s, early 60s. There's no way to stay on some strange diet forever and you just end up on the yo-yo. Try to discipline yourself to have a healthy balanced diet and cut down the garbage.

I've tried lots of these things and have found that the best thing I can do is to tell myself that "I don't need that cookie right now but I can have it later." Then when later comes I realize that I still don't need it. Make up your mind that losing just a little bit each week is really cool - you're heading in the right direction and it's much more likely to last. I am not a believer in any of the fad diets that are out there.the best way to lose weight is to increase activity (burn calories) and eat healthier and smaller portions (reduce calorie intake).

That being said.I think apple cider vinegar actually does help. My grandmother is going to turn 90 this October and she has mixed cider vinegar, water and honey together every day for over 50 years. She doesn't eat horribly and she is as active as is possible at her age, but she has always been a very heathly weight. She swears by this method.

So, add it to an exercise routine and a healthy diet and I think it will help. It may make some difference on its own, but I think the effects will be much smaller.

Good luck! Theres no science behind this weight loss theory, it was simply made up. Diet and exercise are the way to go.
