if i use a meal replacement for slimming does it work?
Question:

I can't comment about that product specifically, but I can talk about slim fast. I personally lost 40 lbs. with it. (The old kind, shake/breakfast, shake/lunch, tiny dinner). I noticed that my stomach (the actual organ, not my waist) got smaller as my body adjusted to eating small meals.
Unfortunately, I got laid off and gained about half of it back. I learned something else too. Depression binge-eating isn't nearly as fulfilling when you are stuffed after one-and-a-half double-cheeseburgers.

it will stop working as soon as you stop taking it
Yeah, it works. . . until you run out of money or get happy about your weight loss and start back eating real food again.
Short term solution. Exercise.
Do more and eat more. STAX MORE FUN!!!!
As long as calories in < calories out, you're going to lose weight.. however, as was stated, it's not going to work unless you maintain that pattern...
just eat sensibly and forget the diet meal replacement it doesn't work and you will end up drinking these with your meal anyway so put on more weight just have smaller portions and healthy foods moderation is the key....
only if you have the sense not to in the first place! why diet anyway? if people don't like you for who you are then dump 'em and find new friends!
This question is most certainly debatable and will depend on a) the meal replacement in question and b.) what you current diet and goals are.
