where will i be in 6 weeks?

Question:
its actually not me its my sister but i guess it revlly does not matter. she doesnt know how to use this yahoo uestion thing. she's 5'5 maybe 5'6. shes 134-135 and not fat at all normal really. but she wants to look super fit. (madonnaish or gwen stefanish.) our stepmother is a dietician and so my sister has decided to start living a healthy lifestyle. shes pretty much going to have either kashi golean or shreded wheat cereal every morning before summer school (with lightsoy milk) yogurt and a south beach diet bar (if shes hungry in between breakfeast and lunch.) either like a spinach salad, veggie burger, subway vegie delite sub or vegies for lunch (or something like these meals), and then salad, veggies, or fruit for dinner.

shes good at running but where we live its 109 degrees. so shes going to do walk away the pounds videos, pilates videos, and high impact aerboics videos for 45 minutes 5 times a week. where well she be in regards to weight loss in 6 weeks?

have her exercise earlier in the morning, when its cool. Another solution is to join a gym. If she's already somewhat fit she probably needs to tone up so she can join a gym and get a trainer to set up a weight training program. Talking to a trainer will help her lose more weight. Also, make sure she drinks lots of water. For such a hot climate 5-6 liters a day is good. A cheap investment is a balance ball, it works you stomach while your just sitting on it, like at your computer and its great for posture. There are hundreds of exercises you can use it for for your entire body. I can give you some ideas if you want, just email me.
