7days diet?

One of my Colleagues tried this 7day diet. It's not as easy as it sounds. You get pretty irritated after 2-3 days eating only veggies and fruits. Anyway she did dramatically lose weight and it showed. But it's only temporary. The weight comes back after you resume normal eating. It works only if you want to lose weight really fast and for temporary basis only.

7 day diet never heard of it. veg and fruits are all good and well but at the end of the day you want to be able to keep it off. this mean a healthy eating and excercise plan.
Any diet that causes you to avoid one or more of the major macro nutrients-carbs, proteins, fat- is not a good diet and does not work. Your body needs all three macro nutrients. If you want to loose weight, you need to exercise and eat smarter. Forget these fad diets-PLEASE!
It will backfire on you.
You will temporary lose weight by starving yourself. At same time, you will lose muscle, resulting in lower metabolism, followed by gaining weight.
Also, after 7th day, you will compensate the 7days worth of other food, and store the extra as fat in your body.
uhm. try to add up oat meal to your menu. i did that and it worked. 7days of eating only oat meal and orange juice is effective for me.

For my experiences :
I always have bread with an apple for my breakfast,lunch is normal and some fruits for dinner(which fruits are ok, just can make us full is enough).
Do exercise when I get up. Have green vegetable but not more than fruits.
yes u do lose weight
but u back fire..
be careful
never go on major diets.. stick to a diet where u can eat healthy food in good proportions.. n less restrictions
