You are an inch taller than me! I'm 5' 1" at the very most & 31! I stopped growing at about 16. I know this because my grandparents kept track of all their grandkids growth at their house. lol
There is nothing wrong with being short. I am over weight so I guess that is a problem but please don't worry about your height. Honestly I think short people are cute. Now is your a male and worried how women will react to your height think about all the short famous men: Michael J Fox, Dudley Moore, Davy Jones & many more!
I have 3 children and already my 10yr old is almost taller than me. This doesn't bug me one bit. My younger kids laugh when mommy has to get a stool to get things out of the cabinet.
Do you watch Little People, Big World?? It is about a family with dwarfs and they are shorter than we are & live a very full life!
I would suggest looking at all the positive things in your life and not just your height. Do people tease you? Tease them back. As them how is the weather up there and so on. My husband is over a head taller than me. Just for fun I will stand on his feet to kiss him.
Here is another plus about being short. As you get older you'll like it. lol I've always hated looking young till I turned 30! lol Now I want to look younger so I was flattered when a woman asked my husband "Where is your wife?" She thought I was one of his kids. At 31 I took that as something good. lol

Growth is genetically determined. Drugs make no difference. The only thing to make you taller would be to have surgery on your legs and get 'extensions' in your thighs. Pretty dramatic and it will only give you maybe another inch. Not to mention that it will take months to recover and then months of physical therapy.

No, not at all. You are too old. Your bones have already sort of "sealed" themselves. You will only shrink from here on out. Sorry to say.
