I have a little extra "flab" in my stomach area. How do I get rid of it?
Question:
Answers:
run. actually. treadmill workout: do incline walk for an hour. make sure the incline is all the way to the highest (for the gym i go to 15 is the highest incline) and use 3.5 - 4.0 speed. then stairmaster and randomize it. don't do bikes cuz it doesn't do anything. SO every other day, do stairmaster and the other days, incline walk. make sure you get one day off though. good luck!
Other Answers:
jump rope
sit-ups and crunches really work one word.CRUNCHES!! they really work and are a great workoout exercise
stomache fat gets lost with all other fat. Cardio work outs. In your case though. I'd make sure you get yourself in shape and that your stomache is as flat as you can get it, then if you still have the dead skin problem, I'd suggest taking the shot somewhere else and possible getting a surgeon to straighten out the rest with a "tummy tuck".
any thing aerobic will burn fat ( like running) and doing sit ups will tone the area
Do about 20 crunches every day. after dinner or in your spare time when it isnt hot.
Exercise -Tuck in your stomach and hoop for 15 - 20 minutes. Continue to tuck in your stomach and swing your upper body without moving your bottom. As you swing to your right, stretch out your right hand, your left hand on your chest. The same when you swing to your left. Your arms must be 90 degrees to the side of your body. One hundred times in the morning and one hundred times in the evening. (swing right and left - one count).
Diet - Cut down on oily food and carbohydrates - starch and sugar.
