Are anticellulite gels and creams like the VLCC creams really effective ?

Question:
Do these anticellulite creams really help?

Answers:
I don't like to disappoint you but most of them even the most expensive and "guaranteeing" solution are not of help..Personally,I tried so many during the years, the result was at about zero..Anyway,removing or let's say improving the skin appearence with cellulite is POSSIBLE..First and major, the dietary regime and DRINKING of as much wated as possible( that way the cells are "washed" from within and the toxins are reduced)..No candies, sugar, cakes etc. Regular moderate excercising is required and really help special massages for the circulation as well as some aparatus, especially with stimulating muscle effect.Don't forget to take Vitamins!! Good luck!

Other Answers:
remember if it's over the counter than it's not a potent drug or lotion. the FDA regulates it all.

No of course not. What helps is when you are rubbing the creme on you are breaking up the fat nodules under the skin that form the cellulite. Massage is very useful in this application,
