how can i lose fat on my thighs and legs, w/o straining my muscles. wat simple exercises can i do?

Answers:
As you requested I am a nationally certified fitness trainer. The truth is that you cannot "spot" reduce, which means that you can do thousands of exercises for the muscles in your legs yet until you reduce your total body-fat percentage you will not look any thinner in any one part of your body. The best program that you should do would be to incorporate a whole-body weight resistance program 2 to 3 times a week. to build lean muscle mass, thus increasing your metabolism and reducing your body-fat. Remember to practice good nutrition by eating a small healthy meal every 3-4 hours and avoid eating a lot of carbs late in the day. Eat nothing withing 4 hours of sleep. I would highly recommend hiring a trainer who specializes in body transformations.

the perfect exercise to do that will make you lose weight on your tighs/butt area is jumping rope. It's also fun to do. try doing about 500 jumps a day or more.
I believe that you need to just generally do aerobic exercise. Fat is fat, and when you do aerobic/high-calorie burning exercise, fat is burned, if you eat less than what you are burning. Doesn't matter where the fat is. However, exercises can help you tone that area, and build muscle in those places to make the new, lean area look stronger, more muscular, and more shapely.
swim and walk fast
There are many exercises you can do, but there all gonna strain you a little, but the best one for thighs are squats, Start in a standing position and using your legs only bring your butt as close to the ground as you can w/o straining and stand back up, start out with about five or so and work your way up from there, you'll be able to feel the muscles its working on.
