Does it matter what time you workout? Like is it bad to workout late at night like around 11 or 12 ect.?

Question:
If it is, what are the best times to workout (muscle building)? Is there a certain time that works best in order for muscles to grow as much as possible?

Answers:
You could screw up your sleep patterns.

Studies have shown that an early morning workout seems to help your body throughout the day.

Of course, exercising at any time is better than sitting on your keester, watching reruns of "Survivor".

Other Answers:
you should excercise earlier in the day as your body starts getting ready for sleep late in the evening. you will have a better sleep and better success working out if you do it as early as possible.

there are 2 theories, 1 that if you work out first thing in the morning it raises your metabolism and you burn the calories you eat later in the day at a higher rate. The 2nd is if you work out at the end of the day, you burn calories you have already eaten during the day. The main thing is to work out. Alot of diets tell you a certain time, but I have never seen a difference just by changing the time you workout. Your body isn't like OH look its four, not going to burn fat or build muscle. As far as eating before you workout, I intake protien before working out.

well working you shoud workout earlier when you get up and at noon but it can always help if you go some sit ups or walking somthing simlpe before going to sleep
