i'm not entirely sure. but i eat about 20-30 mins after my workouts.
My PT says go right home & eat a good meal.

you should take a protien shake imediately after workout to replenish & repair muscle strength & damage. eating small healthy snaks to curve the hunger works wonders to loose the weight. NO EATING AFTER 9 PM!
I find about a half-hour works best for me.
you can munch immediately. in fact, my trainer requires that i bring a snack to the work out. usually a fruit and trail mix, but he says even sandwiches and chips are okay, as long as the meat is low fat and the chips are baked. i am hypoglycemic so i can't go too long without a mini meal. hope this helps

It is better to start first with little, fresh water to cleanse your stomach for better results. Then you should proceed with fruit fibers, vegetable proteins or low-calories carbs which are very supportive for your muscle needs. Take little quantities first. In your next meal, eat more to balance your metabolism.

Exercise from 6:00 to 7:00. Eat from 7:20 to 7:30. Exercise mainly in the morning when you need more energy for the whole day.
