what exercises can I do at home? probably that targets the whole body.?

coz I want to lose weight, though I am of normal weight I want to be lean.

Well, we don't have a treadmill etc. at home, I also don't have time to walk,jog outside of our house because it's raining everyday, and walking inside our small house makes me feel stupid.

you could clean your house , I cleaned houses for a living for over 20 yrs, and I AM IN GREAT SHAPE

there are books available in the market about different "asanas"

u can walk up and down the stairs
or skip the rope

but don't be ANOREXIC need not worry,if you just sufficient place wher you can comfortably lie down,ie,say about three feet by six feet startt doing SURYA NAMASKARA.ie,worshipping the lord surya.an ancient way of keeping you fit.and is still widely used by indian yogis and saints.
