who does pranayam and what results have u seen ?

Anyone can do pranayam, but according to Swami Ramdev who's popularized it in India, people with conditions like BP etc can do the Kapal Bhati and Anulom Vilom pranayams instead of all the seven.

The good thing is that by doing these simple exercizes, it keeps your lungs clean and also minimizes the blockages. I have lost some weight after doing them and don't experience any pain in my knees as earlier :)
