What are some healthy meals and snacks?

I am deciding what to eat for lunch but I want to be careful.

A salad with lowfat dressing (add grilled chicken, if you want). A turkey breast sandwich on whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomato.

Low fat yogurt is good for a snack. Fruit (any kind of fresh fruit) is a great snack. Veggies like baby carrots and celery are a good crunchy snack. (Dip in some low fat ranch dressing, too.) I like Quaker Chewy granola bars--the low sugar ones are 90 calories each. There's also those 100 calorie snack packs of Chips Ahoy and Wheat Thins.

Other Answers:
Well healthy meals should really include a bit of everything (prortein, carbohydrates, fat and vitamins/minerals). But filling meals with lots o evnergy should include complex carbohydrates, such as pasta, rice, noodles or potato. A good filling meal is chicken with pasta and spinach.
