How to tighten stomache flab without losing weight?

Question:
I am 5ft. 5in. tall, I weigh 115lbs and my chest size is 38D. My problem is 3inches of stomache flab, I would like to tighten up before I go away on vacation. Due to recent shoulder surgery I am unable to do sit-ups. I do walk a lot, but it doesn't tighten the abs. What else can I do?

Answers:
sleep on the floor with ur hands back of ur head , ur legs fully parellel to each other closed .now get up, try to bring ur head towards ur knee as close as possible and go back to the same position, do this as much as u can regularly ,or do this 30 times every evening , u will not only reduce flab but also develop cute cadburry muscles.Other option is to do the same thing in the opposite way ,just lift ut both legs together closed parralel to each other ,without moving ur body so that ur stomach muscles contracts .do this regularly , If u want a stronger work out then u can even tie weights to ur legs befoire doing this excersise

(minus the stomach problem)

but pilates helps!

Contrary to what some people think, you can't "spot train" to make specific concentrations of fat go away. The only way to get rid of your belly fat (short of liposuction) is to reduce your total body fat percentage. Exercising the abdominal muscles is always a good idea, but it only targets the MUSCLE. it does nothing about the fat covering the muscle. So don't worry too much about not being able to do sit-ups.

Hate to tell you, but diet and exercise are the way to go. Walking a lot is a good start, but if you're healthy and young you may want to step it up to something more aerobic. For you specifically, I wouldn't recommend jogging, for reasons I'm sure you understand all too well ;).
Maybe bicycling? Abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym. Doing Ab exercises will help but you must diet to lose fat. If you only do crunches etc. you will build great abs - behind a wall of fat!
Burn more calories than you consume.
