situps are going to do nothing for your butt. Sit-ups are primarily for your abdominal area, which is your abs/stomach. You probably want to do workouts for your legs/thighs, and then after that, try to ask about to find about workouts for your glutes/buns/buttox/butt, because all of those words mean the same thing, so look around.
And these workouts will make your buns less flabby and more tighter, which in turn will make them slightly smaller.
Also, losing weight will make your butt get smaller.
