What do you think about the Body For Life program?

Question: I did the bfl challenge about 3 years ago. got phenomenal results. when i finished I got lazy and fell off the wagon. 3 years later and 40 pounds heavier I need to get back to it.

I'm thinking about starting another bfl challenge but if you know of a program that works better than body for life, I'm all ears!
