Could I really live off carnation instant breakfast? Apparently it has everything, but does it really?

Question:
Looking at the nutritional charts, if i drank two of these a day at breakfast and dinner, it seems like I would have everything I needed. Is this true?

Answers:
I wouldn't advise it. You don't get the phytonutrients, chloraphyl and other micronutrients that your body gets from fresh fruit and vegetables.

Secondly only eating twice a day really slows down your metabolism and will cause your body to attempt to start storing more fat since your body thinks you are likely to be starving.

If you want to lose weight you have to increase your metabolism by eating more often, you should feed your body 5 or 6 meals a day. Obviously not full size meals - your overall calorie count for the day should remain the same, you are just dividing 6 ways instead of in half.
