You just gotta learn to be comfortable with yourself. You can't choose your parents, but you can choose what to do with your life. Half of Hollywood is under 5'8", and most lawyers are little short fat guys. Height is irrelevant.

First of all, swimming is the BEST thing to do. But make sure that you are diving also. The high dive is the best for me.

Also, you can swing on the monkey bars in your local park or the gym. That somehow makes you taller. I got three inches taller by doing this.

For eating, vegetables always help you grow healthy.

no nothing just be happy to be alive you know lot of people can't say they are alive now.

Have somebody pulling your feet really hard in one side and have someone else pulling your arms holding your wrists in the other side really hard for some time and maybe you might increase your height an inch.

This might sound stupid, but it works with every existing element or material. It has to do with materials resistence. I'm not joking..

To my knowledge there is nothing to eat that will increase your height. There is however a very painful and long surgical process that can increase your height.

It is done by cutting your leg bones in half and slightly stretching your leg to where the bones are a few mm apart. Your leg is clamped in that position until new bone grows and fills in the gap. This process is repeated over and over until the person gains several inches in height.

Like I said it is a very painful and long process.think many times before you proceed.

Eat anything that grows really tall, like corn, sunflower seeds, coconuts, etc.
