no, if you don't have enough glocose in your blood, you will experience hypoglycemic symptoms. It has nothing to do with eating fast or not.
The problem with eating fast is that you don't digest as well. You don't chew thoroughly, and so your saliva does not get its opportunity to be a part of the process. You have larger lumps in your stomach, which challenges your stomach to break them up, often with gurgling and churning. Sometimes your bowels will simply pass those lumps through undigested, and you will get messy diarrhea.
As to hypoglycemia, the main problem there is the sugar content. Again, your saliva is supposed to be a part of the process. You get a lot of sugar, it moves through the system quickly, and then you get low blood sugar in a short while, making you stupid and sleepy. You would be much better off eating a very small amount, chewing it thoroughly, and letting it digest for just an hour or two before you have something else very small. One cracker is often enough.
