i hav tried this, do this, first thing in the morning take luke warm water and add honey and one lemon to it, and see the results, plus it helps increasing ur metabolism rate
Drinking cold water burns cal's because it lowers your core temp. and you burn cal's trying to reheat. I supose the lime makes it taste better and adds some vitamine C.
