i wanna take some weight,any advice?

well im 1.80cm(dunno in inches) and my weight is 72kg/160lb
anyways.im kinda skinny 4 a man.i eat all day but i cant be fatter no matter what i eat.there must be a way!!
u know it?any advice?

If you aren't doing any frequent exercise, start doing that for a while first (walking is good). Then start lifting weights.

By the way, you're 5'11. I'm 6'2 and four years ago I was 66 kg. Now I'm 83kg.

Don't think in terms of gaining fat. You obviously have a high metabolism so it's not going to be easy, and gaining fat isn't healthy anyway.

Take a look at what you're eating, not how much/often. You need long-term energy, and make sure you have enough protein, iron, vitamins.

And, yes, start lifting weights 2-3 times a week. Don't lift heavy weights more often than that, or you'll slow progress.

I probably could have gained weight/muscle faster than I did, but my weight gain was due to working 5 days a week, so it wasn't the best environment for muscle building.

Like you I need to start lifting weights now.

also only eat 3 times a day, because the more you eat the faster your metabolism will go.
