Maybe you're not eating enough, or not enough of a certain thing. If you're eating almost all carbs (example, a bagel and a banana), you may not feel full because you didn't get protein and fat. You could try eating more filling things, like eggs, peanut butter, oatmeal, etc. It may also be b/c you went for so long w/o eating (since the night before); when you do this your body may go into "starvation" mode and then over-compensate when you eat again, b/c it's unsure of when it will get food again. You could try drinking some juice or sports drink, or eating a small amount before exercising.

wierd! maybe because you exercise before, so when u finish eating, the energy required for the exercise takes up the food. dunno if that helped, but at least i got my 2 points!!
