About weight training?

He wants to know if it's true, when weight training, that it's not beneficial to work out for longer than 45 minutes.
Answers:
If you put your mind in lifting weight to complete failure, 45 minuets work out is a very tough workout. If you can work out longer, the intensity of the exercise is probably very low, and therefore not so beneficial.

You can work out for maximum 2-3 hours per day.
