I would run alot .im looking to lose a lot of pounds too..i just run every night .outside.not treadmill cuz it doesnt work as well as running outside! and i would just watch what i eat,,,and if your into taking pills that might help the weight loss process. not illegal pills ,,,,just stuff at the vitamin shoppe or something..

whenever u feel like eating other than breakfast, lunch, dinner walk for 5 min then munch. if u eat 10 times a day other than breakfast lunch dinner than walk for 5 to 10 min each time b4 u eat then munch. this way u will either resist eating coz u have to walk. or ur mind will get used to moving your body. and drink a mouthful of water every hour and do some stretching exercise till a minute. this way u will soon become comfortable with exercising.u will b more active physically. but hey its unhealthy to loose more than 1.5 kilos per week. so aim for loosing 20 pounds in 3 months. happy weight loosing. waiting for ur results.
