Does anyone make a totally fat-free peanut butter?
Question:
Answers:
Probably not. It's like asking for fat-free lard, only not as unhealthy.
Maybe they make a soy product that tastes like peanut butter, but soy isn't fat-free either.
Other Answers:
I doubt it seeing that peanuts are not totally fat-free.
No; nuts are high in fat.
Add: Found this on a forum: Mrs. Malibu's fatfree peanut butter, from Dixie Diner's Club, is made from peanuts that are ground into flour, and then the flour is defatted (just like they defat soy flour).
Even this is only 92% fat-free.
I wish they did we could all use it, especially those people
who have had heart attacks that love peanut butter.
That's very unlikely like everyone said, since peanuts contain fats.
traditional peanut butter is all about grinding peanuts with nothing else.the fat is good fat but still fatty. its all from peanuts.peanuts are fattening.so there can be no fat free peanut butter.
There are no totally fat free peanut butters, but keep in mind, the fat in peanut butter is the healthy monunsaturated kind, which is good for your heart. In moderation, peanut butter is very nutritious! You can try reduced fat peanut butter or check out the site below for a low cal peanut butter (only 2.5 grams of fat!). I have not tried it, but it might be good!
