can someone who works out a lot but eats only junk food be thin?

Question:

Answers:
As long as your burning off the calories that you consume, then yeah, I guess so. But it's still not healthy. The fat and salt content in fast food is sooo bad for you that all of the exercising in the world wouldn't stop you from having health problems.

Other Answers:
Yes, but not healthy.

Yes, but don't eat so much junk food. The more you work out the better. thats me

That depends on their metabolism. I've seen a lot of teenage girls who can maintain this but it backfires once they reach college. It is a very unhealthy way to live.

I eat only junk food and don't work out and I'm still thin.

Yes. Metabolism and exercise typically play a huge part in how the body develops. Absolutely. I work out quite a bit and don't necessarily eat a lot of junk food, but I do eat a lot of food in general and I'm still relatively thin. I'm actually trying to gain weight, which is why I eat so much in the first place.

sure, if they are burning more calories than they are taking in..but that also takes alot out on their body and not replacing the nutrients.it would wear down their body sooner and they are more likely to get broken or brittle bones and normal wear and tear would be hastened

If a person is diabetic (and doesn't know it) they could conceivably eat all day, do nothing, and still be thin. They end up peeing out all the sugar instead of using it correctly in their metabolism. This can be very dangerous.

Personal experience

they could be. if they have a really fast metabolism and burn off all the fat and calories they consume. Yeah but it also depends on how much you eat. It's not really healthy to do that though. you can become nutritionally deprived. You lose weight byburning more than you consume.

I do the same thing. I'm not 'thin', but if I really tried, I could be. But like someone else said, you're insides aren't going to be in the best shape. You might have a fast metabolism, as well as workout alot to burn off fat to stay thin. But you may have high BP, or cholestral problems.

yes, but not too healthy

ya but ur not gonna be healthy d'uh yep its possible but not healthy at all.

You might be thin but you won't be healthy.
