wear black. you cant get skinnier in one day. to keep it off, exercise regularly and eat right and it will stay off. i lost 42 pounds last year and am staying active. black is very slimming, plus a long tummy girdle (available at walmart) works really good with a nice push up bra, and you can create the illusion of looking smaller. be careful, drugs dont work.

Check out your hairstyle. A stylist can help you 'lose' a few lbs. Baggy clothing, looks, well, baggy. Do make sure that your clothes fit.
