I've gone from 273 lbs to 247lbs since May 23rd, is this really bad?

I'm only 5'1" and I've been exercising, drinking 1/2 Gal water/day and eating vegetarian.

no, it shouldn't be bad if you're losing it naturally. you may lose a lot of hair though.take prenatal vitamins if that happens.

thats really good! usually when you first start your diet you lose a lot of weight. it will probably slow down some in a while.
