can u eat too much vegetables and fruits?
Question:
Answers:
Because vegetables and fruits are so high in fiber, they tend to be very filling. It is difficult to eat too much of them. The only problem might be that you eat so much that you will exclude other foods such as whole grains, and protein foods like beans. For health I totally believe our food pyramid should be revised. Fruits and veggies should make up the base of the pyramid, then whole grains, then beans, legumes, etc (lean meat if you eat it). Sugars and fats should be the top to be eaten sparingly.

you can eat too much of anything. even fruits and vegetables should not be drastically overindulged upon you can eat to much of anything , but if you're asking generally , like servings per meal , yes , be more detailed with your question .
