what is the best way to loose weight and keep it off for a 14 year old?

i'm 14 and i do play sports but i'm fat and i don't really eat that much fatty food but i weigh 78 kgs wats the best way of ridding of this fat and keeping it off cause i want to loose about 29 kgs and fast in the next 3 or 4 months and ideas? cause i want ot be in shape for this summer in december and so that the kids at school stop calling me tubbykins! i'm a girl

if you do alot of sports, that is good. try an exercise routine that you like. if there is an indoor swimming pool nearby, then swimming is great for loosing. it makes you use most of your muscle group at one time. make sure you cut out the soda, and other sugary drinks. they can add alot of weight that is not necessary. good luck.

first let me ask u this how is your fam in this department are they chubby or skinny that will have allot to do with it being a guy i would tell u to start putting muscle on and drink allot of water most of your weight is called baby fat and should start to come off as you get older and more active and try more running

Try cutting out fatty food all together and even though you play sports, try doing some excersise that targets certain areas like hips and thighs. don't eat after seven but eat all 3 meals just walk alot that's how i lost weight.
join to the yoga class,or bharathnatium class and do proper excercise daily u will really find the diff
