You are out of luck there. Height is a genetic thing. You can't change it by exercising or eating certain things or anything else. Be happy with what you've got.
You height is good enough, even if you like to increase your height then the best way which made me of 5'8" is the pull-up exercise at least for half to one hour daily in the morning or as much as you can. Don't just keep on pull ups make is your game. What I do during my schooling, there was always a competetion between me and my 2-3 freinds that who will hang for more time, and how far one can jump forward or backward and how much Pull-ups one can do. And I always the winner. I did it for about 8 months and today I am the tallest person in my family.

but dont b desperate it will take some months.n ya stay in tht position initially 4 2-3 mins n then increase it upto 10-15 min.
