where do you find your motivation to loose weight, work out, get fit wherever you want to call it?

do you have any trainig tips or things you do to get fit?

Answers:
Competition fuels me. I train for athletic competitions, so I know if I train longer and harder and more strenuously than my competitor, I will win.

You will find it the moment you look in the mirror and get disgusted by seing the fat blob you have turned into.

i do. Get off your *** and run or jog or something. You can eat low fat foods or sugar free foods and exersise EVERY morning or night. إجهاد I have two kids and I just need to burn off some of that stress. I get up extra early, (5am) while they're still sleeping and go to the gym. I do cardio and weight training. I get home around 8:30am feeling calm, relaxed, energized, and ready to face whatever the day may hold.
