Depends on your total calorie intake. There are many schools of thought about this, but here's what works for me (get out your calculator!):
1 to 1.5 grams of protein per day per lb. of lean body mass.
Equal amount of (healthy) carbs.
20% total calorie intake from (healthy) fats - like olive oil.
That's a 40-40-20 diet, but different people recommend different things. Find what works for you. In general, stick to whole, fresh foods, lots of fruits and veggies, and unless you have a serious health concern, just have fun and don't worry about the details. Just be reasonably smart about your choices. And when you pick up a food, ask it - "Are you good for me?" Then listen to your vibes for the answer. Your body knows what it needs, so learn to listen to your own body signals.
