Saran Wrap Helps Lose Weight?

Question:
So, I heard that if you wrap saran wrap around you while you sleep or workout You can lose inches around that part of the body?? is that true? Or how does it work and how much do you loose the first time you do it?

Answers:
It's bunk. You lose some water weight due to the sweating, but as soon as you drink anything, you gain it right back.

Other Answers:
You will only loose water weight and you will put it right back on.
you have to wrap it around your face, and then go to sleep.
also if you have to, then use some duct tape to keep it in place
lol.i tried it once...i jsut sweated alot,,nothing else tho..sorry!
Saran Wrap....
That is " her name" of course, you might lose weight,
but you have to pay a lot of money if your spouse (husband)
is fooling around with her.
Seriously, again....ask your doctor, do not mess with your
body. If I truly thought it would work, I would.....10 pounds.
If it is not a medical problem....Just do not clean your plate..
save it for later..have a half of it...and do not eat after 9:00 PM.
unless you are on a different schedule.....
Also, I lose weight by drinking " Florida's Natural Original RUBY RED GRAPEFRUIT juice..NOT from concentrate....I mix it with half water.....It really works...honestly..try it.

If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

good luck
