Whats the best weight-lifting method to build chest muscles?

Question:

Answers:
If you just want to focus and isolate your chest.
I would suggest "Pre-Exaust". Do a set of flies or crossovers (12-15 reps) , then immediatly do a set of bench presses (5-8 reps).
The flies and crossovers will pre-exaust your chest muscles, so that when you do the bench presses, you anterior delts and triceps will push your chest muscles even further.

Other Answers:
Bench presses and butterflies, incline, decline, and flat
low reps and heavy (for you) weight.
or.
the standard 10 reps with moderate weight done to failure
or.
high reps with light weight

you're gonna have to find out which method woks best for you.
