No. I believe in eating less, cutting out all junk and processed food and living on fruit, vegetables and grains. Also just drink water.3 litres a day, and walk at least 30 minutes nearly every day.and you will see the kilos drop.
I went from 16 stone to 9 stone when I lived in China eating tofu, vegetables and no dairy or fizzy drink and just green tea, and walking up 8 flights of stairs and back down 4 times a day. No cakes, desserts or chocolates or cookies.
Its all habit.and when you don't buy these things they are not there for you to nibble.Snack on carrots and raisins.
