i have made drastic changes, what will happen?

Question:
i have totally changed my diet in the last couple of weeks, i am now only eating wholefoods, salads, seeds, etc (thats not all, but i mean NO junk food or processed at all) I drink at LEAST 2 litres of water a day and i have now started excercising for at least thirty minutes a day too. I am not finding this change hard, obviously i am hoping to lose some weight, but will there be other benefits too? do i need to do more to become healthier? i am 28, uk size 10-12 clothing and i weigh 10stone 8 lbs which i think is a bit too heavy. My waist measures 28 and my hips are 37. Will i get smaller? I want to be as healthy as possible, people in my family always seem to die young , i would like to try and live a good age!

There will be other benefits. You will have more energy and your skin will look better. Your kids will learn the value of exercise and a good diet. Your sex life will improve because you will feel better about yourself.

Good for you! You are doing a great job! Seriously!
And maybe you should also try to lessen your carbs.
are you familiar with atkins diet? It does work.
I assure you, it really does!
And also you need to be patient and try to discipline yourself on what to eat and not to eat. and try to scale your weight once a month and you'll see the big difference.
Keep it up!
