Does That Hoodia Suff works?
Question:
Answers:
With any supplement, you'll want to use it with a good diet/exercise plan. Remember that there is no magic pill that melts away unwanted fat!
As an appetite suppressant, Hoodia works very well. I take a supplement called Herbalean, and it contains Hoodia and Ephedra - which was unbanned early this year and is now legal to buy.
The combination of the ephedra and hoodia are working very well for me. I get a good boost of energy through the whole day, and I don't have any snack or sweet cravings at all.
I've lost some weight, but I've been working a lot of hours, eating out a lot, and haven't exercised as much as I normally do. So with all that, maintaining my weight or losing slowly is pretty impressive.

I tried taking it and I even read the fine print that said for faster results I could take up to 6 a day and I got nothing. Also I bought it at GNC (which is cool cause you can return an empty bottle within 30 days for any reason) but they said that you have to buy the original pure certified stuff which I did and honestly I felt more hungry taking it than not taking it. I did however get this stuff at GNC that I think works well it is called Lipo6 by Nutrex. This is cheaper than the Hoodia as well. Remember GNC you can return stuff all you want if it doesn't work.
yes, TOO well for me.
I took it during my "cutting phase" but it worked too well..It about killed my appetite for the ENTIRE day..so be careful.
No. My husband tried it and it had no effect on him.
