I'm trying to loose weight I need to loose like 80 pounds quick i'm thinkg about fasting for like two days

but I'm trying to build my body up for the fast. So I started to eat cereal for breakfast speial k for lucnh either a slim fast or a turkey sandwhich on honey wheat with honey mustard and lett and tomatoes. But I really would like to fast for about a week I wonder how much could i loose by fasting for a week I

The only safe way to lose weight is slowly. Not more than 2-3 pounds a week. It took you a while to put on the extra weight, why would you think it would come off in a week?
You can't lose 80lbs in two days no matter what you do. Here is some information on fasting. It's not unhealthy if you do it PROPERLY.

eat poo so then you will throw up and you will get skinny just keep eating the poo. you can get it for free at the doggy parks.

If you starve yourself -- oh, sorry, I mean if you "fast" -- you will end up in the hospital.

In addition, your body will start storing fat and burning muscle instead, because that is what happens when your body thinks it's in danger of starving to death.
fasting for two days is not going to make much of a difference when trying to lose 80 pounds. It would be much better if you just stuck with a diet and excersize all the time. Fasts screw up your body's natural cycles. If you fast for a week and do lose wight, you would probably gain it back very quickly. Please don't screw up your body like that.
Don't you know if you don't eat for that long - you could die?
How fast do you want to lose it? I'm sure it took a long time to gain the 80 pounds, so it takes a long time to lose it. There are tons of healthy options, but you'll loose at most 5 lbs. a week on them, realistically 1-2 lbs per week.

If you really want to lose it extremely fast and maintain some semblance of health (though the healthiness of these options is debatable), something on the level of a stomach reduction, gastric bypass, or major plastic surgery is probably your only answer.

Trying to lose it by fasting will result in short term results with long term consequences.
Fasting will seriously get you NOWHERE! When you fast, your body goes into hoard mode and it slows the burning of calories, and also holds onto everything you got for fear of not having more nutrients coming in. If you need to lose a large amount of weight, and 80 lbs is up there (I recently lost 125 lbs!!) then I suggest joining a program..I used Weight Watchers, and I did it all on my own without going to meetings.took a lot of dedication, but I was sick of being a lard a$s, lol Anyway, took me about 16 months to lose the 125 lbs.but that was over 2 years ago and its all stayed off.so that tells me the system works.
