The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:
*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF). A website that explains this formula in more detail and will help you determine how many calories you need to reach or maintain a certain weight is at http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/library/weight/calsburned.htm
Get an online, desktop, or cell phone diet and fitness calculator. This will allow you to easily calculate the above formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.
Set realistic goals for your ideal body weight. Here are two websites that will calculate a suggested body weight:

It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:

*4) Get plenty of sleep. Sleep experts say most adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep each night for optimum performance, health, and safety.
*5) Educate yourself continually on health issues and make a life long commitment to good health. A great free publication is “Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005”. A reputable test you can take to measure your biological age is at http://realage.com
Look at all areas where you can enhance your health. For example, make improvements in the quality of the air you breathe. Review outdoor air quality forecasts where you live and get an indoor air purifier.

I think you can not lose it in one week , if you do it you just lose you water of your body , and it can come again so soon.
Fasting is the worst option if you are fasting your body is weak and will absorb all of the fat in anything you eat effectively gaining you weight in the long run. With careful dieting and excersise you can healthily and gently lose about one or two kg a week. but for hardcore weight loss you should see a doctor or nutritionist who can tell you what is the safe range for your weight and body type
BIG MISTAKE...and we need to know your height to be able to determine the idea weight for you...
Fasting simply slows your metabolism...you'll lose weight (mostly water weight at first) but then when you start eating again, your body will take every calorie it can and store it as fat, because it's afraid you might not feed it again...you'll burn fat slower and it will be harder for you to lose weight in the future...and trust that when you begin eating again, you'll put those lost pounds right back on, and probably a few more (the body's safety mechanism)...
It's the worst possible way to lose weight...how to do it right is to eat sensibly and exercise...don't be foolish and starve yourself...I played that game when I was a kid...at 41 now it have to struggle twice as hard as others to lose weight, because I used so many poor dieting "tricks" to drop weight quickly..
take care of yourself...be smart...
If your 14 and 115 your weight is fine. your too young to worry and you can't lose it in a week you'll gain it right back. If your worry exercise more and eat fruits and vegetables more and stay away from junk food. Good Luck
You will just make yourself sick and screw up your metabolism with what you're doing. At 115 lbs you're probably fine. You don't say your height.
The first week of losing weight in a HEALTHY way you might get up to 4 or 5 lbs but usually about 2 lbs a week is good.
The best way to lose weight isn't by starving yourself. It's by exercising. I used to starve myself, now I eat what I want (just not a lot of it) and work out and I lose weight every week and never feel deprived of anything.
fasting=not eating
not eating=hospital
hospital=tube down throat
death is the most effective way to lose weight -- and if you're starving yourself, you'll get there, sooner or later.
The heart needs potassium to function -- if you don't eat, you don't get potassium.
Don't be stupid about weight loss -- be safe.
I would suggest to practice portion control and consult your doctor instead of starving your body.
