Simple answer: by loosing 10 or 11 kg..

She weighs somewhere around 129.6 lbs (sorry, I work with conversions). She should try simply cutting out excess calories, (ie- soda) or cutting them down to .25 a serving. She also should eat more vegetables and fruits, less meats and sugars.
A simple exercise regimine of walking for 30 minutes and doing some form of muscular training (weights, curlups, pushups etc) should help her lose any excess weight she is carrying.
She doesn't need to go crazy with it though. Weight loss, if done correctly, takes time. Don't worry.
