How about cottage cheese, tuna and crackers, yougret, fruit and vegies.
you shouldn't snack at all but if you feel compelled to eat throughout the day, think about eating 5-6 small regular healthy meals instead of the normal 3 large meals.
healthy snacks like dried/fresh fruits & veggies, yogurt, nuts, etc. are best. about 2 to 3 hours after that.
