diet ideas??

Question:
does anyone have good diet tips or workout ideas? i wanna lose 10-15 lbs. and 100-200 situps a night just isnt working out like i had hoped*

Answers:
You really have to get a good cardio routine like walking or running in there to lost that kind of weight. Doing crunches is only toning the muscle under the fat. To get rid of the fat you have to diet and exercise. I'm sure that's not what you wanted to hear but it's the truth. Try to get some good cardio and you will lose the weight in no time. Good luck!

(I'm an Atkins girl! Give it a try!)

Other Answers:
Read every label and if a food contains partially hydrogenated oil, throw it out. you'll lose weight if you read labels and cut trans fat.
Eat less. Eat food that are better for you. Do cardio (aerobic) exercise at least 1.5-2 hours a week. Weight train a few times a week. Just doing sit-ups isn't going to make you drop weight.
Dem sit ups is adding weight by way of muscle. do some walking, high speed that is.
eat wheat, fish, meat, veggies, friuts. balance these out in the week. eat smaller.
look at food labels. eat less fat, smaller calories, and things with a lot of fiber/protein in it to keep you feeling full.
you need to do cardio to really burn calories, and working out just with situps won't give you the results you want.
Eat less walk more. Try to exercise 30min a day. You don't have to do 100 situps. Walking is great exercising and going up stairs to. Don't over work yourself. Goodluck
drink lots of water. cut out the junk food and eat wholemeal grain breads and brown rice instead of white. eat heaps of fruit & veg. do 50 mins of cardio and 10 mins of strenth training 3-4 times a week. worked for me, i've lost 22lbs in 4 months. good luck :)
Hello have you called Jenny yet?
you know you should and dat's da truth.
Keepin it real / peace out
Dieting has nothing to do with situps. It has everything to do with food. Food makes FAT. Situps are great for toning muscles but weight is controled by diet. Not so much by what we eat but by how much we eat. Eat more- - get fatter. Eat less- - - slim down.
