South beach dieters! how much did you lose in phase 1?how much sould i expect to lose in phase 1?

im 5'6 and 133. i want to lose 19 lbs by august 23rd(after that ill start phase 3 to maintain). if i run 20 minutes a day(4xweekly), do 40 minutes of other high energy aerobics (4xweekly) and pilates 3 times a week for 40 minutes as my strenght/toning. plus an hour of hiphop on sundays. how much weight am i look at shedding in phase 1 for 2 weeks? (following the phase 1 meal plan, but no meat or eggs im a vegetarian)

I definatly lost 13 pounds( and counting :) on Phase 1, including excercise and dance.

why in the world do you want to lose 19lbs at your height.?!?!?! That would put your BMI at under 18.5. Plus losing weight too fast causes you to loose muscle.
PLUS, with all of the exercising you are doing, (I dont know what your caloric intake is but listening to you I am guessing it's below 1200) You are creating an "exercise bulemia" for yourself.
If you are unhappy with your body, do muscle toning exercises (try the good old buns of steel, abs of steel, etc) and weight lifting exercises. Granted you will probably gain weight but it will be good weight in the form of muscle which burns more calories at rest. Meaning while you are just sitting there watching TV you will be burning more calories.
I suggest 30min to 1.5 hours of exercise 6 days a week.
4days 30minutes of vigorous cardio activity and 30 minutes of weight training, and 15 min calesthinics (this helps increase muscle endurance
The other 2days devote 45minutes of cardio interval training. If you have a layer of Fat you dont like it's low intensity cardio that burns fat. High intensity burns more glucose and could start to burn muscle. However, High intensity is perfectly okay if you are eating properly.
If you are a member of a gym (If not I highly suggest joining one) there should be someone there to discuss your body composition with you. They can test your body fat % and discuss with you about your goals and help you aim for the proper weight and body compsiton (Muscle%, Bone %, Fat %)
Remeber 21-15% body fat percentage is healthy for a woman, anything lower can cause health problems, including bone loss.
Southbeach and Atkins were developed to help people such as my self that are extremely over weight, obese, or morbidly obese. The reason is that the extra weight on our bodies is litrally killing us. It's hard on our hearts, joints and organs. We have stuff called visceral fat and are in what is called pre-diabetes.
Be careful with fad diets and medical diets developed for the obese when all you want to lose are a few vanity pounds.
One last thing, if your body isnt getting enough nutrients it will shut down and quit losing weight. Your megabolism will slow in an attempt to hold on to what it has. Especially if you are trying to fall below what it considers healthy.
