6-pack and pecs?

I have a 6-pack and it is well defined but my pecs arent very large. I hace 5% body fat and work them out all the time so why do they look like that?

5% Body fat? sorry I do not believe you, even the POWs who came out of Auschwitz had more and if you are telling the truth then you do not have a "Six" pack but an "Eight" pack as that is how many "Visible" muscles are in the Abdomen..............but, lie on a weight bench and do "flyers" they will help your "Pecs"...
Simple answer to that one bud. You are a catabolic. There are two types of people catabolic, or anabolic (no that is not just a neat name for muscle enhancers, it is a physical state).

5% body fat is hard to get to for nearly anyone, not to mention kind of a risk factor.

Being as you are catabolic, what happens is that when you work out, if you over do it, aren't eating right or simply doing too much cardio, protein and some nutrients are "robbed" from your hard earned muscle. To help them grow more, work out at proper intervals, gain some weight (you need it to get gains), and keep on working on it and you'll get there.

Get a personal trainer or ask one of the guys in the gym which are the best excercises for it...get a lot of protein each time you work out too...
Well, you need to do more Pec work. There are more than just one exercises to do this. Each one works a different part of the pectoral muscle. Flys, benching, vertical benching, and a few more. You should check into it more online or ask some huge guy at the gym. I forgot the rest.
