If i bike 20 miles a day every other day, constant peddling, how much weight should i lose over a month?

Eating healthy, and having around a 1200 calorie diet.

I have no idea. I assume every person is different. I walk everywhere I go, but ssomedays I eat ice cream and somedays veggys.How much fat ddddo you have? I don't think this is the place for a good answer. Just write down your weight each day before you go biking then see what you loose on a weekly basis.
