Abs routine?


Question:
I am interested in how you have went up in repetition and difficulty level. How did you go up in amount, by how much a day..A guide or details would be great. Any other ab exercises will be appreciated. I just want to be able to increase in a healthy way doing my exercises and see good results.

I exercise daily or every other day and eat a pretty balanced diet.

Try mat Pilates for that wasp-waisted ballet dancer look. it really does work amazingly well. You can either drop in at a few health club classes to learn the routine, or pick up a copy of "The Pilates Body" by Brooke Siler.
