I am a personal trainer and my answer for you would be to eat very little fat, and low calories, hydrate well atleast 10 glasses of water a day, lots of fiber, and do three 5 min sets of stomach exercises a day. Just do a general google search for loads of different exercises with proper pictures, better then I can just explain here. That will tone your tummy a great deal. But remember that if you are carrying extra weight that while this will gve you the toned tummy muscles, fat will hide them despite all your efforts, so only cardio will fix that.
