What is the best way to increase vertical leap.?

Question:
I am close to dunking and i high jump in track. I'm 6' 3'' 145 Pounds. Current leap is 18 inches.
I high jump 5' 6''.
Could anyone give me tips about Luke Lowerey's vertical leap system?

Answers:
Run up and down bleachers or hills. It builds great jumping muscles.

That's how I did it when I was playing basketball in high school. I am 5' 7". At the time, I could get my fingers above the goal. Never was able to dunk it though.
