#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia.look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
Hoodia (HOOD-ee-uh) gordonii - A genus of 10 to 20 species from southwestern Africa.
Hoodia gordonii is the stoneage wonder plant found throughout the dry arid regions of the South western African continent now on the verge of making history in the fight against obesity. It is a genus belonging to the Asclepiadaceae family which consists of approximately 20 species. Used to stop hunger, quench thirst, and provide energy among other things since prehistoric times, Hoodia gordonii was first discovered by the San tribesmen and women to get through the most difficult of times.

no sorry I don't. but what exactly is it? does it work?
Hoodia is an appetite suppressant. It does work. You are less hungry, so you are less prone to overeating . if you only eat when you are hungry.
Trouble is, people eat for a lot of different reasons - comfort, boredom, gluttony - which have little to do with actual hunger.
Hoodia will take the edge off your hunger, but the only way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more.
check out wikipedia. it basically says that its unsubstantiated as actually being beneficial -- though it might be. and it might act as a good placebo ;-)
It may help, but it is still a gimmick. You are are far better off spending the money on a gym membership.
Go to the gym, It works.
Hoodia does work as an appetite suppressant, and it does a great job. I came across a supplement that has ephedra and hoodia in it, and it's doing very well for me.
Yes, ephedra WAS banned, and NO it no longer is (see the resource link for info).
Anyway, the supplement is made by the people that made Metabolife 356. I never could take Metabolife because it gave me heartburn and the jitters, but this new product works very well.
The first week I took it, I had to set the alarm on my phone to remind me when to eat. There are a lot of supplements out there, so make sure you buy from a reputable source.
Hope that helps!
